Who is Sunshine Valley?

Sunshine Valley Hong Kong is a leading health food brand born in 2003 by the Ng Wah Group. The concept behind Sunshine Valley was the proactive drive towards introducing a healthier lifestyle and living options for cosmopolitan Hong Kongers. With the Canadian – Chinese family behind the parent group Ng Wah Group with over 30 reputable years behind them on distribution of food ingredients, Sunshine Valley is deeply influenced by a western healthy eating culture and now that concept has been unveiled to the Hong Kong consumers.

Where did we begin?

The Ng Wah Group (including its predecessor) has commenced business for over 30 years and has been one of the leading importers and distributors for food ingredients, such as starch, flour, soybeans and grains, healthy food products and a separate range of aromatic-chemical products. Distributing to some of Hong Kong’s largest food manufacturers, factories, hotels, and other companies. The Ng Wah Group has a reputable stance in the healthy eating lifestyle market.

After over many successful years’ of distribution of food ingredients and the increasing demand for a healthier diet in Hong Kong, the Ng Wah Group started introducing cereal products which were very well received and popular in Canada. The Ng Wah Group began the range with Roger’s Granola and Oats, which derived from the Canadian flour and cereal producer in British Columbia, Canada.

Now, the Ng Wah Group’s health food products are sold widely in Hong Kong at various stores including Park N Shop, GREAT, Taste, Wellcome Supermarket and many more.

The health food division of the Ng Wah Group is a specialized agent and distributor of health products that have grown under the popular Sunshine Valley which includes popular manufacturers’ ranges such as, coconut oil and skin care products, organic maple syrup from Canada, flaxseeds from the U.S and many other health products such as soya-butter, dried fruits, Super Food and functional food products bred globally.
